CDJapan puts it in shipping process on Friday. It is then shipped on Saturday. Reason why your order is not updated to being "shipped" during the weekend is because the staff at CDJapan don't work on weekends. That's why they only tell you it's shipped on Monday.
Just what I've observed from using CDJapan these few years.
