But this is, I think, the first PS3 Tales game, and they translated the PS2 titles, so we just might... or if they see how much buzz this tie-in is creating with international fans

Onimusha was on popularity decrease when Onimusha 4 was released, no wonder Capcom stopped producing Onimusha games after that. They've also localized Tales of Vesperia for XBOX360. The problem is that Namco seems to be having financial problems and it is believed that it is the reason why they haven't localized Vesperia on PS3 and graces f in US/EU.
