The official site never mentioned anything about many alternate covers ala A BEST, so I'm not sure why everyone here seems to think it's the case with this album. These are probably just inner covers, one for CD+DVD, one for CD-only. The original covers (the pigtails one) are the special sleeve cases for first-press, I think. If that's the case, then these "alternate covers" are probably the true covers for the album itself?

Yes, they never actually revealed this for the CD+DVD, but they did mention there would be a sleeve case like for A BEST 2. [but A BEST 2 had nothing like this with different covers] You slip it out of the slipcase with the CD+DVD cover and the other cover is inside [CD+DVD only].
But for the CD only, there is no slipcase, so there are no alternate covers for the CD only. I don't know why they never mentioned this on the site, but I suppose it was to add to the "CHRISTMAS PRESENT" secret surprise? I'm pretty sure most people will be surprised to find that the album's "actual covers" are not the covers they thought! Sad thing is that they will stop being printed as soon as the first press is up.
Both of the copies pictured with different covers are CD+DVD copies.
