IMO, it seems silly to expect such things to be free. Just because some other artist did it once, it doesn't mean Ayu/Avex has to do it too. Not that it wouldn't be nice, but considering, as Misa-chan pointed out, how expensive it is and how Avex loves money, did you really expect any different?
