^^Dwindling popularity or not, she still beat Ayu, who with your same logic would also be considered dwindling. If this was Ayu and not Hikki btw, no doubt the 0 promotion would be pointed out and be used to defend the (lack of) sales, so let's all be fair here.
12 original albums and several Bests in and still beating out that many people? #21 yearly is still really good.
