Oh, good that you still have it at least. I'd back that up as soon as possible, because obviously something is wrong, and you don't want to lose the actual music too. Get/run a reputable antivirus or antispyware program too, if you haven't already (I recommend Spybot: Search and Destroy as a good free program to remove spyware and some malicious files, though not serious viruses--you should only use McAfee or Norton for that imo).
Have you tried changing a filename to make a previous iTunes Library the current one? (

If that doesn't work, I suggest doing Windows System Restore to a recent restore point, when your library was still behaving, and
then restocking your library manually, or changing the filename again as advised in the above link.
I hope you don't have a virus or something serious like that!! >_<
