And I have no idea if this counts as her 15th single...Her website doesn't really say...I guess we'll officially know when someone updates her 'Music' section on her website~



But really...alan has done a wonderful job so far. Even though she doesn't have the greatest sales yet, but for a newcomer...she was able to sing both theme songs for RED CLIFF. A lot of extremely famous Chinese singers auditioned too, but alan was the one to get it.
She has been able to work with great masters like Ryuichi Sakamoto for Natsukashii Mirai and Shinji Tanimura for Ii Hi Tabitachi (alan even said she considers him like a father to her in Japan).

I don't think Avex will drop her...Her potential is just boundless! Even Max was surprised when he heard Ai wa Chikara on the radio and had to call alan and ask if that's really her singing.
She is also doing pretty good in China. She has already won many awards~ (And when you go to Avex China's website, her name is listed just below Ayu's for random things like "click here to buy artist goods" and it's not alphabetically arranged because Ai Otsuka is after alan XD)

And oh~ When Hitotsu was released, it didn't even chart in the top 100. alan asked Max if he will drop her and send her back to China, but Max said her sales are ok like this for 5-6 years and her sales are definitely not like Hitotsu right now, so I don't get why people keep on thinking she'll get dropped.
