I didn't even notice a huge difference in vocal quality(though I was surprised at how she sang such an old song well) but more it just feeling weird, that's what usually sets me off, it sounds like it was recorded with a different type of microphone, a studio one, not the live one she used for Last Angel. To me the record quality seemed off, not the vocal one.
