True about allkpop. Lee Soo Man is the one who trains the artists (vocal classes and such). Everybody thinks LSM is the CEO of SME, but he's not. The real CEO is Kim.... (I don't remember now xD). I think artists thank Lee Soo Man because he's the one who trained them to realize their dreams. Nobody ever thanks the real CEO in speeches when they get awards

I don't know whether Junsu was talking to Yunho or was just commenting on KYHD lyrics. We won't know what he really wanted say, so it's no use to interpret his words in any way. But I understand that he might be hurt with all that's going on. I first thought Junsu's words were directed to Cassies who are fighting.
But I agree with you, Junnie. Yunho and Changmin can't write their real feelings down in any written message, because I'm pretty sure SME controls everything.
