^^yes, if she would really strictly seperate the two lifes, we wouldn't even know she got married. But being open about her private affairs and even revealing her innermost feelings through lyrics...I mean her whole career is somehow based on her being Ayumi Hamasaki - it's impossible to say she's not mixing things. Maybe she just meant, that the CDL concert was for celebrating the new year with her fans and staff, having a concert for them and that in the end it wasn't the right place to announce it there, because she knew that not everybody would be pleased or something? I think it's something like this, only she didn't want to say.
