well.... ending could be a beginning to a new thing... i don't think ayu was confused. perhaps she trying to say that this song could reflect both parts of her life... either the past or the future life of ayu...depending on how you are feeling at the moment listening to this song...
for me, i have always believe that ayu does not group her songs, into like 100% happy song or sad song, i mean most of her songs are like 50% darkness + 50% sadness that kinda thing~~ its a mixture of this and that, no definite definition of what her songs mean/ feel...
