they place the order for you, and they will tell you when they receive your items. Then you can either request to ship them out or wait for more items to be in their warehouse and send all out together.

in tenso, you can accumulate your items within 2 weeks, but for celga and noppin, you can acumulate your items up to 90 days and then ship them out.
that is why i prefer to use noppin over tenso, since i order items from different shops and it's hard to know when will my items arrive.
