Celga will register the TA account on behalf of you.You just key in the data into the webshop order and they will process the application for you.So,when the application is approved,they will send the card and magazines + gifts to celga and celga will send an email to you telling you that they received the stuff already and ready to be shipped at anytime.Then,pay them the service fee+shipping and they will send the stuff to you.thats all.you won't get any japanese address nor japanese telephone from celga because they ARE THE ONE who handle and register the account for you.you just sit back and relax and wait for them to send email to you
