I just think the issue arises because people should be happy with what she is selling. It's always the same argument:
"Ayu has been in the industry for ___ years and her peak era was back in ___. Take a look at the other releases, especially among other female solo artists. She has made it to ___ position on the yearly chart with ___ album."
Which is very true. Of course I always hope for good sales but no longer do I ever set a number I hope she reaches. I know people are being optimistic and hoping but I think most people view that as adding fuel to the fire that is the topic of "sales figure" talk when it does come up (ie. Ayu's sales are bad/comparing to other releases, etc.)
