You can order through mu-mo even if you are not a TA member, you'll still get the mu-mo gifts. But if you are a TA member, you will get
both the mu-mo
AND TA gifts.
As for shipping, mu-mo only allows overseas customers to use tenso, which is really darned expensive imo...
