^ Right. I was mostly referring to people like Charlie Sheen, Christina Aguilera, and Mel Gibson, to cite the more recent breakdowns. I didn't mean to point the finger at American celebrities and away from Japanese ones, just toward the trainwrecks, to show why Ayu deserves admiration. -nod-

She is very strong and a positive female role model I think, not because of her earlier choices, although I believe that had she not made them she wouldn't be who and where she is now, but because of her outlook, and how she treats her fans. She seems to really love life, not money or fame, and to me that speaks volumes. :3
