I downloaded the NTV Special Report, but initially was not that interested in it because I couldn't understand what was going on. I skipped through it and though, "Oh that's nice." Then I read the translation by Csliu I believe and got a little bit more of a grip on what it was talking about, but still I didn't really get much from it. It wasn't until I watched it with the subs that I got it...and all I can say is WOW! I had tears in my eyes at several points even. I mean, It has completely given me insight into Ayumi that I did not have before now. I already thought she was driven and amazing, but now that I know all the things she has done, like re-recording for A Best, dealing with her ear, injuring her leg...and the death of her grandmother right before her career exploded...Ayumi is a strong and amazing person. It's not just chance or coincidence that she has gone so far, but it's her hard work that has brought her to the top. She has fought and she has scars to show for it. I just find that amazing and I'm glad that I got to have this insight into Ayumi and her career.
