Yeah, I sent them a message on the contact board with a link to the image saying "I want to order this but I don't know how!" and they responded within a couple hours with an invoice
I was very pleased and excited!
Did you contact them on the weekend? Maybe they only operate regular business hours? It is my first time using a shipping service so I really don't know.
