In my own words, I think she is just superb. She writes modern folk-pop and is not afraid to point out the flaws of society. Her lyrics often involves fear, fear of not doing what you want in life and just choosing a comfortable life, fear of death, fear of life etc. She covers The Beatles songs with excellency and sings with a rough, yet silky voice with a lot of character to it.
Spoiler:
Title song of her second album 'Missionary' (in danish; 'Missionær')
Translation (just a small portion of the lyrics)
"We see a movie to get us in a good mood
For we have read somewhere that there are many who do so
And we finally got each other persuaded
And as I lie here and see that it's probably not that bad
And when we finally lay here
In perfect missionary
I think a little about our homeland
Whether I could be something else"
This song is about choosing comfort in your life or choosing to follow your dreams. So, yes, missionary is actually her singing about the position since it is regarded as the most ordinary position in bed - a parallel of her position in life, as an obedient girlfriend/wife. It's hard to explain, but nevertheless, a masterpiece of a song imo.
Spoiler:
"Det bedste for mig selv (the best thing for myself)" -8th track of off her second studio album 'Missionary'.
Translation of a portion of the lyrics:
'The trains are late again
and many will probably be home late
no one could've known
and it even came as a total surprise to DSB (danish train company)
I sprang from life
took things for granted
and without saying goodbye
I did the best thing for myself
to many people's annoyance
there's now closed at my station
because there is quite a lot to clean up
where I left my body'
This song has got to be one of the saddest I've ever heard. The lyrics are, as many of you probably can tell, the ones of someone who commited suicide by jumping in front of a train. There is just a lot of emotion in this song, lyrically and melody-wise. It is so non-cryptic, honest and just horrible. In a good way.
Some of her really, fantastic covers:

Sorry for the double post, but I must say that I'm in love with this girl! I bought her second album from iTunes, and omg, she's amazing!
Gives me Tori Amos airs, and her music is soothing, yet not too slow or dragging, her vocals are amazing, and so much more I can't even explain right now lol
I think I found myself a new favorite! xD
Thank you so much!!
