Antti Tuisku is our most succesful star who debuted through Idols [Finnish version of Pop Idol/American Idol] in year 2003.
With seven main albums, he has CD sales over 200 000, most succesful out of the first generation of Idols participants, although he didn't win the competition, but ended up in the 3rd place instead.
His newest album, Kaunis kaaos sold gold in just one week, and has since reached Platinum certification.

Antti's style is general pop, sometimes mixed with dance-elements, especially in his fourth album, New York.

Antti is the first ever Finnish artist to release two albums in the same day. Back in 2006, his fourth and fifth albums, New York [Which he made when he was in New York, hence the name] and Rovaniemi were both a succees, debuting on the 1st and 2nd place respectively. New York includes hard dance-styled beats, while Rovaniemi has more ballads and usual "Antti pop".

Since his sixth album Hengitän Antti's musical style has been more mature and little more complex, although the lightful sound of pop is still to be heard.

Antti is also talented dancer [Winning our local Dancing With the Stars competition in 2010], and has also acted in the musical Altar Boyz during 2008.

I still like Antti's music, and he's pretty kind and nice guy overall, but I couldn't say I'm as big fan as I used to be [Let's face it, it was because then Ayu came around! ; D]

This first song is from his newest album "Kaunis kaaos", and is called Hyökyaalto ["Tidal Wave"]. Although lyrics-wise a general love story, this song is pretty catchy and happy!
