I'm not sure but I always thought that men in Korea had to military service before they turn 32. Maybe they just want to wait a bit more...
But you also have to go through a physical examination if I'm correct. So maybe all members of Big Bang have some physical problems we don't know about and therefore are unable to go into the military... Oh what a pity *sarcasm*
