I've seen it up for auction at Yahoo! Auctions japan several times... really hard to find someone in japan who could send it to you though as most YAJ sellers won't ship outside of JP.
The box set comes with 13 analogs, a cd-case with a cd-booklet size "photobook" (they're really a bunch of photo cards), and a phone strap. It's one heck of a collector's item even if you can't play records.
I get the feeling not many people have this, as mp3s of these tracks are hard to find.
But the extra remixes on the reissued singles from March 2001 all came from these analogs.
