Asakusa and Yoyogi are part of Tokyo LOL But kinda really far away from each other. Don't worry, I was super lost and scared before I went to Japan all by myself

But once I had a map with the subways, important places, etc I didn't get lost



EDIT: This is a very simplified map of Tokyo, Asakusa is in Taito and Yoyogi in Shibuya.
