きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ (Kyary Pamyu Pamyu) is a Japanese fashion model and upcoming singer. She models for fashion magazines such as KERA and Zipper. She was born on the 29th of January of 1993 in Tokyo, Japan. Kyary is known to have a very funny and comedic personality. Often sharing photos of herself making funny faces via her Twitter and blog.
Her debut mini-album, titled “もしもし原宿” (Moshi Moshi Harajuku), will be released in August 17th of 2011. The mini-album will be produced by 中田ヤスタカ (Nakata Yasutaka) from capsule. Prior to the mini-album, she will release the leading track of the release titled “PON PON PON” on July 20th of 2011 as a digital single worldwide via iTunes.

Anyone else addicted to PONPONPON? I can't stop playing it and it's ALWAYS in my head :/ I love it. I can't wait for Moshi Moshi Harajuku to come out.
An interesting thing to note is that the single reached #1 on iTunes in Finland. Even though she's only promoted the song in Japan! Amazing for a debut artist!
