Ok, so while thinking a new name for new thread, we got some news.
On the topic of the 3rd album release commemoration book, the details have been revealed, It'll be entitled
"Kalafina Record" & released on 2 different offers. The first offer is regular edition (only the book) & the second one is the limited edition with the book having hard-cover binding and additional official T-shirts.
