On iTunes, it shows an additional 7th track on the album which is an extended version of PONPONPON. Is this an error or is the song supposed to be a hidden track on the album?

I agree with you 100%. I too can't last a day without the song, lol. I think my day would feel incomplete without listening to the song and doing the little dances, lol. PONPONPON alone is worth buying the mini-album for.
