Correct. A CM (commerical) for this TU-KA Funstyle Phone was made with "HANABI" as the BGM. In the CM it was raining very hard.
Just a note-"Over" is not officially a "rain song", but I just say it is, since it's so sad and when I listened to it once on a rainy day, the piano melody flowed so well with the sound of rain.
