The company also operates tearbridge production and the music school “avex artist academy” and holds wide-ranging auditions.

"avex artist academy" is a music school opened in October 2001 in the Harajuku area of Tokyo, aiming to link the interactive needs of those involved in the music industry with those aiming to become artists. For the first term, the school opened four courses consisting of a vocal course, a creator course, a dance course and a music business course. In addition, a junior course and a dubbing artist course have been newly established. All the avex Group member companies are providing support for the school, which is adopting staff members active at the forefront of the music industry as lecturers.
