- Ayu has a very high cache, and because of that she probably wouldn't do concerts for less than 1500 people. We have to chose the correct places for the shows consequently.
Also because of her cache, she won't give a show for less than certain amount of money, meaning less people = higher price tickets.
- More concerts also means more work. If we can gather 2-3 places in one (ie: Spain + Portugal + France ) will have more chances.
- We have to make official polls. Avex should be able to see the results of those polls, so maybe we should create a special site for this. If Avex realizes we're thousands asking for a tour, they may considerate it.
- Once we have everything clear, and this gets serious, instead of chosing a leader to tell Ayu/Avex about the project, we should bomb them with the matter. Many of us are TA members and we can directly contact Ayu and Avex to explain it. Those who aren't still have twitter and other ways to contact them. For that, the idea of setting a day to massively tweet about #ayuworldtour seems right.
-We have to make noise!!! Spread the world about this, your friends, family, anyone who could be interested on attending an Ayu concert.

So far I have 3 friends who would pay 100€ for a ticket in Spain. Makes 4 with me. I would pay 150€.

Also we need to be patient, this won't do from a day to another. But we can do it!!
Agree with virtually everything you said. I still think it may have to be one show for quite a few countries otherwise the turnout won't be high enough.
I'm not convinced 2-3 will be enough=/ I may just be being pessimistic though.

Obv that sucks for people who can't travel abroad on their own or whatever...
