I get not wanting Western nations to appropriate what was homegrown. That said, I really hope there's some other context I'm missing (what's with the scare quotes around "international fans?"), because otherwise this just reads as really hateful--especially mocking that French fan for being excited to finally meet his/her idol. This is an international fan forum, after all; why someone would join a forum full of people who essentially disgust them is a mystery to me.
I am glad that you brought up SM Town Paris; I didn't know the tour went to Paris based on a Facebook group. Maybe we can use SM Town's previous stops as a model (with some added dates--one in New York, please.
); after the AyuWorldTour twitter/facebook gets a significant number of followers, maybe we could encourage people to group themselves according to which date they would attend? Of course, that requires an additional step to possibly lose people in.
