I actually quite like it
It's atmosphere and production (I don't mind the production, anyway) are nice and the song flows quite nicely. It's not close to anything that I consider her best; but it's still a nice song that sounds a little different.
The bad however, is just Urata seems to be trying WAY too hard to be better then he is (I shall call him Mr. Shakey Voice from now on) and there is too much of him on this song.
Overall; I like it
