I ♥ the mini!
Top Girl is a nice & breezy song. It reminds me, like bondingo said, of Son Dam Bi's queen (seeing as she is coming back in september
). Banana.....I didn't go bananas for it. It is too western and she sounds really weak, and her English is bad. When she says 립스틱 짙게 바르고 (I'm putting on my lipstick heavily), I thought she said Lipstick, chicken, butter roll. Hate You, I thought this was going to be the ballad. I was wrong. This was a nice song, sassy and gloriously good. Without You was just so.....yawn. I dislike PIANOVOCAL ballads SO much, and this bored me. ICON was a nice close to the album, so sassy and....wow.
This was a good mini. Bit too western at times, and Without You should have been left out completely. Banana was too western, but she needed a sexy song I guess. Top Girl was nice, no Black & White, but so queen-ish. And Hate You was kind of reminiscent of I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better, but a more uptempo version of it. ICON probably was the best song.
I prefered this mini to Draw G's First Breath as it was less ballad-heavy. However, the title track was nowhere near as strong as Black & White, but I felt that this mini included some of her best songs (Top Girl, Hate You, ICON).
