The song itself honestly isn't bad. The problem is the people singing it... and yes, I'm including Ayu. It's a very easy listening, nothing really complicated or intricate going for it type of track, it's the type of song you can only pull off when you have a very smooth, strong voice which neither of them have. Their voices make what is supposed to be an easy listening experience more strained and tiresome (and to mention just plain painful).
I don't hate the song or even dislike it, if Ayu and Urata weren't singing it I'd probably even say I really like it. Oh well. It is what it is.
And to those saying Ayu and R&B don't mix: I hope you aren't forgetting Real Me, ourselves, Pride and In the Corner? All had R&B influences and they were awesome.
