Wrong. Her whole existence in show business is based on whether people like what she's doing or not. If she'd react like you describe it (and in my opinion she luckily is not behaving the way you put it here) she would be stubborn like a little child.
She's here to please. She gets well paid for it too. If she doesn't pleases, she'd most likely disappear like other famous pop stars, that were on the top of the charts for years, did in the past.
Let's be realistic.
