Your speculation seems logical...according to one Hong Kong newspaper article today, it said BRILLANTE was a song saluted to the famous actress "Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor". One of her masterpiece was Cleopatra in 1963 and she acted as Cleopatra VII in the film.

co-incident? it's not difficult to explain why the song called "BRILLANTE" if it is the truth.
