Nishino Kana chosen as new artist for Sony Walkman

On September 13th, pop singer Nishino Kana attended Sony Walkman’s new product presentation event as the new artist for their project, “Play You“.
Nishino appeared holding a ’shocking pink’ walkman, and commented, “It’s abundant in color variations, and its really cute, so I don’t know which one to choose. The sound is very good also.” Then she sang the image song, “Tatoe Donna Ni“, and promoted the product by saying, “By linking music and pictures, please enjoy it.” Regarding the song, she revealed, “There is sadness in, ‘why can’t I honestly say I like you?’, but there is no regret in liking that person. It’ a positive song with those feelings.”
Sony has released 12 types of walkmans in three series for enhanced operability with wireless support, and 6 types of dock speakers and dock compos to enjoy music at ease. With the new “Z Series“, Android users are able to enjoy a diverse music application.
