The covers for their Japanese single "GO AWAY" are out!

I'm still confused about whether I want to buy this single or not. It was originally announced as a double A-side single but they no longer advertise it as such on their official website so I am unsure if both tracks will be on the album. Also, what's the likelihood that the PV will be on the album DVD disc?
