Um, no. Just no. The whole entire video is VERY tongue-in-cheek, practically a parody of makeovers/plastic surgery in general. And little girls watching the video in Korea have
nothing to do with this; it was suggested as a video to show high school or college aged students. They're obviously smart enough to watch a tongue-in-cheek/parodical video and not say, "omg! I have to go out and get plastic surgery so that guy will like me!" Not to mention, there's a very slim chance the little kids you're talking about would even realize plastic surgery was being alluded to, and from your comment about k-pop idols "all having the same nose", I get the feeling you don't actually care what young Korean children think about themselves anyways and are just looking for something to preach without putting any real thought into it. By the way, saying they all have the same nose is like saying all Asian people look exactly the same. Just because you can't tell their noses apart doesn't mean they don't have different looking noses. O_o Way to make yourself sound like a really huge, narrow-minded simpleton.
