I just ordered it from amazon.co.jp as well...
￥ 20,020 + 25% taxes in Norway (most likely as it's ems shipping).
I can live with that since they sold out at CDjapan, lol. =P
Just hope amazon.co.jp doesn't get some weird region-coded one since it says Region A on their website. <.<
