Ok,When I first saw the preview of Brillante PV,I initially thought "wow,that guys hot" then I saw the performance somewhere on FB and saw that THIS was indeed the same voice in the video(which impressed me,cause I honestly thought they were just voice over or something) and saw this person seemed to be wearing a dress on stage?
Who is this person? Does anyone know?
Is a guy or girl? Cause I tried watching the video to look for signs and his neck and hands were covered...
So came here to see if anyone knew.
