You know, my mom is working each day from 3.30am to 6pm, the whole year, except sundays, and she is older than Ayu, so I would say: Ayu can absolutely continue with her work like she always did. It's an enjoyable job compared to the jobs other people have to work at each and every day.

Completely agree, she might have tons of responsabilities and stress due to her job, but she's got LOADS of cash and a lot of power (people who works for her) so her life is VERY COMFORTABLE compared to other people who has to do dangerous/exhausting jobs to make it.
It would be nice to see her with a kid, but doing that would mean to dismiss her career and taking a very long hiatus, and i'm not really sure she is willing to do that, her job is her life. I really can't see her leaving everything just to be a mom and forgetting he rmusic... that would go completely against her, i think
