No, it's no difference.
The second round is just the tickets that noone decided to buy. Like for ppl who tried for all dates and got all dates but only wanted one date so all the other tickets got unused. The seating doesn't really matter either since you'll never know where to sit until your ticket arrives (about one week before concerts date). They are completly random for both 1st and 2nd drawing.
