Of course, quality is getting better... But I would disagree - about milking for the money. Avex is known to do exactly that - like releasing 'A BEST' without any regard for Ayu objections that it is way too early for this (in case everyone has forgotten the fact).
And if releasing the same videos over and over again, in a new 'A COMPLETE' version (adding just a couple more vids) is not milking people for the money, I don't know what is...
The last point - sure, VHS quality is not as good as blu-ray. But, I am personally not interested to see an exact detail of a costume - the music is more important than video... at least for me...
