Sarah Connor is a German Pop, RnB and Soul singer active since 2001 and known for her powerful voice and "classy ****" image. Her first single "Let's Get Back to Bed - Boy!", an RnB song which is literally about having sex for a year, was only a minor success, but when she released the grand ballad "From Sarah With Love" she shot straight to #1 and stayed on the charts for almost a whole year. That song and a specific performance of it at "Wetten, Dass...", where she wore a transparent dress seemingly showing that she is wearing no underwear, made her a star instantly.
Her first album "Green Eyed Soul" followed and sold over 500.000 copies.
After that she released 7 more albums, sold far over 5 million records and had a 4 single #1-streak years later, making her Germany's most successful female pop singer. She is certified with over 40 Gold and Platinum records. She also won a World Music Award.
