Their dancing styles are SO different, so I don't think you can compare them. It all comes down to personal preferences. Have to say that I don't like it how BoA has to resort to lipsyncing when doing her great routines, but yeah she's a great dancer.
And to people who think that Namie is still a robot are most likely still living in 2007, and haven't seen her latest 2 tours.
With that said, Ayumi Hamasaki and Utada are the best dancers, obviously.
