She does look like she's gained a little weight, but it doesn't help that the costumes are incredibly unflattering. Her boobs look so saggy. In some of the pics, they're like down to her waist. D: She really needs to get some costumes that properly support her boobs ASAP.
Also, she sits through like 1/3 of the concert and the "wow" moment is a fountain? This CDL sounds like a trainwreck.
