Give DHL a call. Courier companies have a tendency of receiving all the tracking information/costs from the retailer immediately after the parcel being scanned into the system. So they may be getting you to pay your customs early so there's no delay when your parcel hits your country.

Well,my mum said that we're going to pay when the order come to home,but i'm asking: if i got a call from DHL/custom saying me that,means that is already in my country?
