Well, I'm currently working through the box. Being honest all the PV's from the A Song for XX and Loveppears era look no better than the DVD counterparts. Even some of the dirt in the picture is still there.

Later PV's are a bit odd. Some look very good (is this LOVE?) almost as if they've been touched up (and are significantly better than the DVD's). Then PV's like fairyland look like an upscale again. It's obvious some of these videos were recorded on significantly better equipment than others.

I'm adamant Green is in HD (Maybe not 1080i though). It looks a HUGE sight better than any of the DVD versions I own. The picture is much brighter and a lot more detail pops. The LOVE Story videos do look a bit soft, but again look very good (It'll sound funny but the detail on Mannie's beard is a lot more detailed)

I'd say it's worth the upgrade if you are a huge Ayu fan and have expendable income as the picture quality of all the PV's are significantly better than the DVD's after the first 2 albums worth. I'd give the picture quality a 7/10.

If anyone was expecting these to be 1080P and a 10/10 picture quality, they really are fooling themselves as music videos simply aren't recorded that way (nor the costs to fully upgrade them. You would be talking about a box set costing well over twice the price)

One final note: The audio quality is much better as well on most PV's post- Whatever. Last Angel you can even hear the echoes in her foot steps in the parking garage. They've certainly made the audio top-notch.
