LV bags are sold second hand and so are ayu merchandise at a much lower price on sale, so if you choose to buy them in the secondary market and wait for an ayu sale, you could probably have both. Neither are in any way an "investment" as they are consumer goods and depreciate in a value a lot once sold, even if they both may give you a good deal of enjoyment in some way for a long time.
Only you can decide what to get and how to justify the purchase to yourself (or saving your money for something else), IMO none of them are better or worse and not even remotely similar. Comes down to what you want the most. Good luck.
