I've been reading through this thread since I ended up visiting ahs after the looongest time. And to be honest, I'm kinda dissapointed to see all this hatered in this thread.
When I got into k-pop, and SNSD (that was summer of '09), I had members I couldn't STAND and I had the members I LOVED. But after watching performance after performance, concept after concept, single after single and reality show after another, months and months, I simply could not hate a single member. We all have our faults, but to be honest, I learned to love all of them. WITH their "faults".
I realise there are some of you, who are new to this group, and are yet to discover things about the girls and their personalities, but please. Please, be patient and give those girls you hate another chance!
I used to strongly dislike Yoona when I first got into SNSD. For one I think it's because we are the same age, but she is dazzling and gorgeous and popular... and I'm not LOL
After hating her for her popularity for a half a year (because I thought she wasn't giving the spotlight enough to my favorite members...), I suddenly saw what a lovely, lively and dorky girl she is! It's not really her "fault" that she was given the status of being the center in SNSD. It was the company's choice. It makes perfect sence that Yoona is the middle. She was already quite well known when the group first debuted... and for goodness sake, look at the girl! She is a freaking MODEL
And funny as well!
Sorry, I didn't mean to write such a boring and awful message, but I kinda got carried away. Keke! SNSD is 9. They wouldn't be anything without one of their members. So please, try to see the whole picture.
I think the girls have said it lots of times: SNSD is like a family. 9 sisters.
PS. I think their 3rd korean album might be their best album ever!! Not a single bad song was on that album, it's a jackpot!
I really enjoy the repack of their Japanese album as well! I'm not usually too into remixes (especially since the official ones are usually quite boring), but these ones I really like! And Time Machine is a fantastic song too!
